PAYMENTS

• Full payment is required upfront for commissions valued under 40 USD.
• For commissions valued at 40 USD or higher, a payment plan may be arranged as follows: 50% non-refundable deposit at project commencement, and the remaining 50% due before or on the agreed deadline.
• Final artwork will not be delivered until full payment has been made.

REVISIONS

• Each commission includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Commercial commissions include up to 6 rounds of revisions.
• Corrections of errors made by the Artist will not count toward the revision limit.
• Once the sketch is approved, major compositional changes will not be accepted. Substantial changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
• The Client is responsible for providing clear references and instructions prior to work commencement. Significant changes due to unclear or altered direction will incur additional fees.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Estimated completion timeframes will be provided at the start of the commission. Timelines vary depending on scope and complexity.

• The Artist is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control but will provide notice if delays occur.

  **Unless** the commission has a mutually agreed fixed deadline that is critical to the Client’s intended use, and the Artist determines that completion by the agreed deadline is not reasonably possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Artist’s control, in such cases, the Artist may withdraw from the project and issue a full refund of all payments made.
  
  Upon issuance of the refund, the Client will retain a limited, non-exclusive license to use the unfinished artwork solely for the purpose of completing the project with another artist and for the originally intended use. The Client may not use the unfinished artwork beyond the agreed scope without written consent.
  

• Rush commissions may be accepted at the Artist’s discretion and will require an additional fee.

USE

• The Client must credit the Artist as Alphakennybodyc8 when posting or sharing the commissioned artwork publicly.
• The artwork may not be altered, edited, or modified without prior permission, except for resizing, cropping or image filters for display purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork, and may use the work as an example for future commissions and share it on social media (including WIPs, timelapse videos, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
